Team Building Inspiration:
Some recent corporate team-building events we have run successfully, with positive feedback include:

Coconut Catapult

We travel to a close by island and then split into teams.
Each team has to build a coconut catapult using only items found on that island.
The teams then come together for a ‘battle’ to hit a given target the most times.

Island Scavenger Hunt

Using crypt clues, teams must work out which islands you need to visit and what item you need to collect from that specific island.
Once all items have been found, you must crack the final clue.
The winning team is the one who understands what they need to do with all the found items.

Unlock The Code

Using cryptic clues, work out which islands you need to visit.
At each location you will need to find a hidden number.
Once all the numbers have been found head back to base to unlock the chest to reveal the final prize.

Beach Clean-Up Challenge

Teams split up and attend to a beach clean up to gather items.
After a defined timeframe cleaning the beach, each team must create some sort of artwork only using the items that have been found.

Raft Building

Teams race to build a raft only using items that they find on the beach.
Once their raft is made, the teams then race to see who can rescue a beautiful mermaid/merman that has been placed out at sea!

Bonus points are awarded for each filled bag of beach litter whilst out on any activity.
